Any one else having problems with sky player ?

as above. mine its ' streaming ' and then cutting out and says an unexpected problem has occurred. which is rather annoying. i get to watch about 10 seconds of tremors and then it cuts out * khhaaaaannn *

i know my nets fine. just did a speed test etc and everything else is working well.

it does play up a bit, but i cant complain i get it for free
