I sincerely doubt they'd make a GX2 part with GT200, it'd probably need a quad-slot cooling solution. A more likely tactic would be to release a 256-shader version with a slight clock boost and call it a GTX290 or something.

I am considering whether to sell the 3870 guru, but realistically it means another motherboard to get the best out of my setup, so it would end up costing me a fair bit just to do that. I think i'll be better off getting a second hand IP35 or something like that and o/c the poop outta my e4300 :) and help release the 3870 a bit more :)

Don't get me caught up in any hype boy! ;)
