any one recommend a good chin up bar

Dont make the same mistake I did... I marked two marks on my doorway, one on each side, so I knew where to drill in order to make the screw holes, but after I had picked up my drill I started to drill into a dirty mark instead of the proper mark I was supposed to, as I had already made a nice big hole I had to do the same height at the other side, it now sits about half a cm below my height, so its just out of view when coming up the stairs and stepping into my room, but just low enough to clip the top of my head, this is especially problematic when Im running late, and I jump out the shower, run up the stairs... and spend the next 10 mins lying on the floor.

I have one of these. WorKs very well and is rock steady in use.
That looks pretty good. LOL at the guy in the video.

I use a pull-up bar I picked up from a highstreet catalogue shop for around £8. It fits between the door frame and its fine as long as you don't want to do wide-grip chins. (didn't need to screw it in either).
