Any one use creatine ?

It's good for making you bulk out and look a bit more powerful - though I never really suffered water retention from it. I think for those that don't get creatine naturally in their diet (by eating red meats for example) it can be beneficial, for any other user I don't really think it adds much, well not that you can categorically prove at any rate.
 
creatine works for me,you will need to take it longer than month though,do 3 months to see any benefits,you must also eat like a pig:)
 
I take it on and off...Im not sure it does much good for me though. If I take it daily for 2-3 weeks....I just feel really fat and bloated. A day or two after I stop taking...I feel like ive lost half a stone sometimes.
When I first ever took it last year I was sure that it was making a difference....may have been in my head though:? Since then Ive changed my mind.
 
The first time I took it I gained about 2kg in water weight. Now I don't seem to have any weight gain whether on or off but I do notice a difference for the final 1 or 2 reps of my final sets. Placebo, maybe but I would presume thinking its a placebo would spoil it?
