Any parking guru's on here?

Just gone out to do a bit of shopping and.... I can't because someone has parked blocking my car on my drive.
This is happening more often now and from a quick google search there doesn't appear to be much I can do about this legally? (I've had to get taxi's to work twice recently because of it at £18 a pop)
Nobody nearby knows who it belongs to.
Anyone know if i would get anywhere ringing 101 with this or is it pointless?

I left it for the night and went to work on the bike, it went at 8am (cctv over entrance)

The galaxy wouldn't get out no way, you can see a yellow step sticking out the back of it by almost a foot
But yeh, Rroff was correct, i could have slid by with 3-4" either side but swinging out was impossible, the pics make the street look bigger than it is.
People have to kerb park here or you couldn't fit a fiesta down the middle
