My current rig is abousloutely aweful, thank god im building myself a new computer some time next week. Just want to know two things, if any of these parts are worth using in the new computer, or worth selling (would only probably get about £100 for the whole thing.) The computer is about 4 years old.

anyway these are the specs of the whole system from another site:

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 2.66 GHz
BIOS: PhoenixBIOS. Press the DEL key to enter.
Motherboard: Elite L4S5MG3
Memory: 512 MB DDR RAM - PC2100
Hard Drive: 120GB Maxtor 6Y120L0
CD Drive: Liteon LTD165 16x DVD ROM
GCE 8481B CDRW 48 x 24 x 48
Video Card: nVidia Geforce4 MX 440-SE 64MB TV-Out *
Sound Card: Avance AC'97
Speakers: Advent stereo powered speakers
Modem: Generic Soft 56K modem
Network Card: RealTek 8100L (onboard - RTL8139)
Case: Fiat 2
Keyboard: Advent multimedia keyboard
Mouse: Advent optical mouse

The only thing i was thinking about keeping is the hardrive, which i can use for general storage + plus a new 160gb one for my games and stuff.

Thanks to any suggestions.

ok, maybe it will be better considering its such a poor computer.

- Stop flaming the poor PC .... ( becuse its annoying when every second word is rubbish or terrible, we get the point )

You will definatly be able to sell it to someone who needs a workstation or something similar. Apart from its lack of RAM its not terrible, its terrible for "enthusiast gamers", but there are still people who want and can use these type of machines - who , importantly , will pay for them :D
