I do enjoy squash and aubergine but everytime i tried to cook couscous it goes horribly wrong
Eh? For couscous just put it in a mug, pour boiled water over it (just enough to cover) and leave it with a lid/plate over for 5mins. Fluff with a fork once all the water has been sucked up. Easiest thing in the world. Add some olive oil and seasoning when you fluff it. So easyThe trick is low heat, patience...once it is hot enough you just turn off the heat and put a lid on for 5mins. Slow cooker and an air fryer is my go to's these days. Helped me lose 10 stone (but 6 back on since lockdown ffs) just by chucking stuff in and leaving it. Really hard to **** anything up and usually everything is lovely. Air fryer is great for chips/chicken and everything in between , invest in an instant read thermometer and you'll be golden, takes no time at all to make anything!
