Any recommendations for SIM only plan

@Haggisman perhaps port away to ID Mobile, if you are happy with the Three signal. Sadly their monthly deals are actually contracts and they tend to do a hard credit search, if that matters to you. They can sometimes be funny about you opening multiple lines at once.
I had no issue getting two SIM contracts at the same time, though!

That's exactly what I've done, SIM should be coming today, £7 for 40gb, partner and son have both also been on ID for a while (in my name), and no issues getting the contract :)

Posted this in another thread, find it really useful for comparing network level details/features that you can't get just from comparing price/GB, or looking on providers sites etc.

Can't go too wrong with Lebara, always seem to have a ridiculous deal for a few quid a month.

Are only as good as Vodafome though so your mileage will vary, their signal became utterly useless for me near work so I'm only really down to EE signal now.

We really do have pathetic mobile coverage in an "advanced" country like UK where I'm down to one provider out of four in a small city and location that is hardly out in the sticks.

Anyone happen to know if those Uswitch Lebara deals also include the International Minutes you get from going direct?

Do they give you some sort of direct link to Lebara's site? Wondering if that would show the full plan...

I tried Smarty but found the coverage pretty dire overall. I travel all over the UK for work so it had a fair test but it wasn't brilliant. I gave up on it after a couple of months.

Since then I've been with TalkMobile (Vodafone MVNO) for the last few years and been very happy. I normally pick up a deal during Black Friday and then just port my number across to the new SIM. Currently got 2 12 month contracts at £8/month each with 50GB data. The first 3 months were half price.

The account portal is pretty decent and I've had no issues when contacting support for various reasons.

Mine does, although it's 3 years old now.
(Uswitch £6.95 / 10gb)

I found that I don't tend to get good deals on lower GB plans. I tried phoning up and asking for an equivalent price per GB plan given what I was on, and they refused
