Buying a pre built from here. Just wanted to check if theres any recommended changes especially the Motherboard as ive heard of some issues with the 3700x and Gigabyte 450 Elite
Specs:Kolink Nimbus RGB Midi Tower Case - Black
Kolink Classic Power 600W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X Eight Core 4.4GHz (Socket AM4) Processor
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER WindForce OC 3X 8G 8192MB GDDR6 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Gigabyte B450 AORUS ELITE
Team Group Vulcan Z T-Force 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 PC4-24000C16 3000MHz Dual Channel Kit - Grey
Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 7200RPM 256MB
TeamGroup 500GB Vulcan SSD
I was thinking of going for the following changes with the PSU, case and board.

-Bequiet System 9 700w 80 plus bronze
-MSI MAG Vampiric 011C "Ryzen Editiom" Mid-Tower gaming case
Any recommendations?

If you can afford Nvidia's brand overprice per performance (and no future proofing value) you can certainly afford proper PSU instead of cheapo:

With next-gen GPUs coming in few months and next-gen consoles with stronger GPUs before Christmas wouldn't recommend more expensive card than this

Especially next Xbox is going to have powerfull GPU at level of 2080 Super in raw power.

MSI B450 boards are only really good B450 boards with CPU VRM (power circuitry) decent also for 12/16 core and MSI having confirmed Zen3 support giving upgrade path.

Also 3000Mhz memory is starting to be slowish for Ryzen slowing down CPU's internal blocks connecting InfinityFabric bus.
Anyway 3200MHz CL16 kit is available for £60
