The nearest thing you see to Medieval seems to have way to much of a fantasy side to it. I was wondering if there is anything more Medieval based.

Any current gen format console even PC?

The upcoming Dragon Age (360/PS3/PC) is low fantasy and deliberately gritty less 'twee .
Also consider Fable 2 (360). Whilst it still has magic and trolls it's probably the closest to a medieval setting especially from a architectural point of view.

An assassins creed rpg would be great

RPGs tend to last long, A 60+ hour Assassins Creed would be utter tripe, I mean it didn't even last an hour without getting repetitive let alone 60+.

that said all RPGs are repetitive for the most part, but still the good ones can make up for it with a decent story, AC didn't really have much in that department either...

I still say Witcher. Balls to fantasy, good luck finding your non-fantasy RPG. How about Dizzy?
