The other day when I used http://www.yourwebsitevalue.com/ my site said it was worth $303 now I checked again and it's valued at just $10. The site must be very in accurate, since the last time I checked I have not changed my site and my ranking has got better. Are there any other sites like this which are better to use?

There is no way of a site like this giving an accurate idea of how much your site is worth.

Your site is only worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it. If the site was making some money I am sure there would be a formula you could create from that but if not then its probably not worth a lot.
