The reason I ask this odd question, is because Im in a wheelchair and I cant use pedals. Ive had 2 SteelSeries SimRaceway SRW-S1 wheels and they were great, but after about 10hrs of use, they broke. So I really need to find another wheel that I can use the shifter paddles for brake and accelerate, as I really miss my F1 games?
Any steering wheels that uses analog shifter paddles?

Pretty sure most games would allow you to adjust the buttons so shift gear paddles would become brake/throttle. Although I am not sure how they would work as shift paddles are like buttons on/off so it would be full power or full brakes every press?
Thats why the paddles have to be analog

A quick skim through Nic Hamilton's thread on the project cars forums tells me that he used to use a Thrustmaster T500RS, but has recently upgraded to the Fanatec CSW. As for what he does for acceleration and braking I'm genuinely not sure. I am sure I have heard that he uses the buttons on the wheel for acceleration, but he is also talking about using the pedals for braking in his forum posts.
So, going back to the original question, I suggest firing off some emails to the obvious companies explaining your situation and seeing what response you get. I'm sure they will be happy to help. I cant help much, but I can at least tell you that the Logitech G27 has digital paddles (which probably means that the Logitech G25 and the Logitech DFGT also have digital paddles)

Never knew analog paddles even existed, learn something new everyday.
Thanks guys for trying to help, I think the best idea is to send a few email's to manufactures, as I dont want to spend hundreds on a wheel if I can help it. I was also thinking a flight yoke stick might do the job, as I can push it in for accelerate and pull back for brake?

If you search through some sim racing forums, I'm sure you'll come across a few mods that'll do the job.
I ve used the Logitech black momo (not made anymore) for over 8 years as like your self im in a wheelchair and cannot use pedals the paddles are digital but you can get round it most of the time by using a constant flipping technique on the accelerator paddle and altering the digital input rates as well as sometime be able to alter the power delivery on the mod it self.
You will always lose a little time compared to guys with real analogue pedals also dependant on the mod but I could get within 2-4 seconds of them (dependant on track)without traction control with traction control enabled could get closer.
I used to play a lot of f1 mods in rfactor and touring car mods the faster the cars the harder it gets to be very competitive though but still enjoyable.
I understand it not quite actually what you asked in the OP but just throwing it out there

Ummm thanks for that, I guess I could try that but im not that quick at flipping the paddles on and off quickly, but its worth a go.. Ive tried it on the keyboard tho, and im useless as I cannot feather the keys quick enough to get the smooth drive without wheelspin, ect, and I end up crashing or going dog slow so not to crash, but thats no fun when everyone's overtaking you.
I had a taste of how good I really was when I got the simraceway wheel, I was 100 times better and it was soooo enjoyable to play, but that never lasted long as the wheel kept braking after about 10hrs of use, so that was short lived
I manage to mount it on my old ms wheel, so I didnt have to hold it in the air
looks crude but if it worked is all good 
shame your raceway was unreliable have seen them mounted on the g25/27`s and never heard of problems with them but hell the g25/27 are crazy expensive and the wheel mounted flippers are no good for the method I mentioned previously as they flex badly.
Not upto date with new racing wheels but have you looked at fanatec website? again they are expensive but you might find something...

Yeah it worked real well mounted on top of my old ms wheel. I had 3 replacements of the wheel, the first just stopped working, the paddle snapped on the second one, and the third I just cut my losses and sold it on ebay, unused
after a bit of googling... doesn't seem like there's much choice out there... if any at all 
the wheel didn't get the best review from bit-tech
is it just those bits that have broken? or the whole wheel? if it was just the acc/brake it might just be a busted potentiometer and you could possibly pick up the parts from maplin and replace them (did the same on a yamaha djbox when the cross fader broke... surprisingly easy xD ).
or if the wheel is busted you could salvage the potentiometers or at least the levers and then mod them onto a different wheel, either just using the levers with the potentiometers from a set of pedals or with a tiny bit of wiring (maybe just swapping one or two leads) could use the ones from your old wheel with a new wheel and then mount them in a maplin hobby box and onto the reverse of the wheel
know it's not as easy as saying "hey go and buy xyz, it's just what ya need" but it's an option

so any wheels exist that have the little analogue stick and control pad buttons in the middle instead of a dpad?
surely you could just assign the analogue stick to be the throttle/brake use it with your thumb like using an xbox pad if any wheels have one

yep it does, they can be used as throttle and brake
For the last few days, Ive been using my old ms wheel, and it isn't too bad with traction turned on. But the button placement is rubbish on the wheel, as I use my right hand for everything, accelerate, brake, DRS and kers, because my left hand doesn't do what I tell it to, so left hand just holds the wheel
So a wheel similar to this would work better for me I think, as its got buttons around the wheel and not just in the middle area, as the buttons are awkward to use if you have to have to hold the paddle down aswel, what do you think?
