Any suggestions to get the most out of my Rig?

Hello there!

Well, I've just upgraded and am so surrounded with new technology, options and settings that I'm rather swamped by it all!

Many thanks to those that helped me pick the bits and bobs out

So, if you've got any good suggestions on bios settings, setups, windows options, combinations of things and so on, please impart! I've got so many tickboxes that I'm not sure what to do with them!

Specs:

- Core Due E6400
- Asus P5W DH Deluxe
- 1 gig Corsair DDR2 800mhz
- XFX 7600GT 256mb
- Seagate 200gig Sata2 HDD
- Liteon Lightscribe drive

I'm using onboard 7.1 surround sound, wireless networking and Windows XP Professional.

Any suggestions or tips to eek the maximum out of it would be most appreciated

Do you enjoy building your own PC?

Personally I love the smell of new tech in the morning, I wouldn't want to steal your enjoyment from you but if you insist i would be happy to throw you a few pointers.
