Wondering if you have any suggestions for a good, quiet PSU for my latest build:
Rig specs:
Case - Antec 900
PSU - Nesteq ECS 7001 700W
Motherboard - ASUS P5K Premium WiFi
RAM - GEIL DDR2 Dual Channel Ultra Low Latency PC 6400 800MHz CAS3 x 4Gb
Graphics Card -BFG 9800 GTX+ 512Mb GDDR3
CPU - Intel Q9450 (not yet overclocked) running at stock speed
CPU Heatsink - Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 7
DVD-RW LG Super Multi
OS - Vista Home Basic 64-bit
The current PSU is making a very odd noise under load - usually when running a game or application, and this is heard by my pals over Skype (they describe it as being akin to the old dial-up modem noise) so I am returning it for a refund and am seeking a quiet, reliable replacement.

PS: I'd love to 'tweak' this build, but having never done it before I'm a bit concerned about doing incorrectly. Any advice on the best, and safest way, of going about it? Thanks again.
