Any talk of AOE4 ??

AoE-3 was the biggest flop in gaming history..... well ok maybe not the biggest but it has to be up there, AoE-4 would have to be one hell of a game to shake off the AoE-3 stigma,

Still play AoE-2 with friends when we all get together. Back in the good old days at college we all use to download the demo from the MS website and play over their network, shame you had to downloaded it every time you logged out

I personally felt AOE3 was a fantastic game and the expansions were also very very good, although 2 of the stories in the expansions seemed exactly the same.

I guess thats it, its all about personal opinion. I personally didn't find it to be as epic as AoE-2 but I don't believe it needed to get the slating it did as there was more then enough to enjoy in it and they did add some nice new features to update from the previous installments, I guess that on the whole it wasn't as well received as they had hoped and tbh it did have some big shoes to fill
