Any Teachers In Here??

I was just wondering whether there were any teachers in here who could tell me about SEN points. I was wondering how much 2 SEN points are worth.

Mum is a teacher and has no idea and wants to apply for a new job but is not sure whether she would earn as much as she does now if she gets a main stream teachers pay + 2 SEN Points.

So if anybody knows how much 2 SEN Points are worth I would be very grateful.

she knows what it means she is the SENcO at the school she is at already, but she wants to move and the salary stated is Main Stream + 2 SEN Points, I did a google search which said it was about £1600 on the old pay scale but I couldnt find anything for the new pay scale.

No matter if no-one knows!! It just means I will have to keep looking for her!!

I thought it may have been something other than cash...never mind.

I dont see the reason to needlessly complicate it, why not just add the amount on? :confused: Employers have some strange logic sometimes...
