Any tips how to adjust your bodyclock quickly?

Nytol I believe I used, Took a bunch and slept through. And woke to the alarm feeling fresh.

To reset the body clock, I do an extreme opposite transition. I hit the bed at 8pm, So that when you wake up the next morning, You're feeling refreshed. And then when the next day comes round, And you get up towards 8pm, You start feeling sleepy.

Or atleast that worked for me.
 
As others have already said pull a all nighter. When I worked Night shifts this was the fastest way for me to get out of night shifts ready for day shifts. First time is normally the hardest though but after that it gets much easier
 
Absinth is the chemical formula to alter your body clock. It gets you into a psychadelic state on the night of consumption, then a simple glass of water the next day will renew the effect. Pernod may also do this if drank enough, but i'd rather drink cats wee.

I never stated your post was factually incorrect (though it's a bit of scaremongering and the levels of fluoride needed are large and difficult to achieve unless you forcibly do it), I was stating that most of your posts did concur with the brain rot comment.

I dont know what the background of the situation is, but wasnt it wrong for Freefaller to bring this dispute spilling over into this thread.

I always find exercise works well abou 3/4 hours before bed, have a heavy session in the gym.

And your point is?
Bottled water can just be bottled from a tap and even the stuff that isn't is no better than tap water. More expensive though and a weird fashion accessory.
