Dont do anything illegal and you will not need this feature.

Sidestepping the legal eagle comments you can use a small VPS and then SSH tunnel through that.

Thats all I do so I can pop out using a UK, DE or US address when needed.

Using this method, as long as your application allows you to specify a proxy you are laughing.
