Any VPN tunnels or similar using TCP or UDP ONLY (Not GRE (IP 47))

Have two servers in different locations, which I would like to be able to map network drives between. For various reasons I would like to do so using TCP or UDP only, so although a standard PPTP vpn uses TCP 1723, it also uses GRE (Ip 47) which therefore makes it unsuitable.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

I think OpenVPN works just over TCP
