any way to delete inbuilt apps on android?

Mums run out of space on phone, only 4gb.
Plenty off room left on SD card. But seems no way to move or delete inbuilt apps.
Even things like facebook won't allow it to be moved to SD card?

Although I'm a n00b with android.

Root is usually required.

Try installing and running Ccleaner, it can clear out some cache files and stuff that often gets missed. Thumbnail files can get huge.

What phone is it with which Android version? As above root is usually the only way.

Think you can move app cache to SD also, might save space on main storage.
