Any way to make CS:S look better?

I know it's not the most graphically intensive game, but with my new graphics card I'm able to run CS:S at 1920x1200 with all the settings on high and still be getting 150+ FPS.

So are there any commands I can use to improve the graphics? I think I read somewhere about keeping object detail full no matter how far away it is?

Or maybe hi-res textures?

are you using 16x AA and 16x AF, that usually improves IQ a bit

yea, crank up AA and AF, i still think it looks bril for how old its become now

I get 200fps with everything max inc AA/AF. I run at 1680*1050...I think the game looks boss tbh.

You could always download some more detailed skins.

I got a lot of the skins I use from here, http://www.fpsbanana.com/, just look around the top rated and downloaded.

just dont use skins if you play in any leagues such as enemydown, cal etc as most ban people for using skins

You might want to download some new, more detailed weapon skins. Some look really nice with more realistic sounds etc

But then as said a few posts up about leagues and ZBlock he will not be able to enter.
