aye but i dunno if theres a fax machine expert around. but anyway

when u switch the fax machine off the phone works, when you switch it on, pick up the phone theres a dial tone but none of the fax machine buttons work? you think its had it?

well i would have thought that if the fax is switched on or off the phone will work,
do any buttons work at all? it could just be the connection for that board needs pulling out and pushing back in, other than that i would have thought that the keyboard would be nackered

thats the thing when its off the number buttons work for the phone cuz u can dial, but when its switched and and u try and dial a number to fax it , buttons appear not 2 work, and none of the buttons do anything, like menu, send, etc.

is there more than 1 socket you can plug the phone into?

um cant remember seeing another, cuz all lights come on and it makes noises with power on, she's said get a new 1, but i dont want to order 1 and have same problem with a new one, im no expert of fax havin never used 1. what u think
