need some help regarding my pay monthly mobile i have just had my phone resiterded due to me not paying my bill but i have just payed it and i still cant use it i was told to switch it on and off

Working for Vodafone, I know it can take up to 24hrs for a bar to come off the network dependant on how busy it is.

If your phone is still not working, if you use the email conact form on the Vodafone website to send us an email, and include FIT165 in the body of the text, we'll be able to check what's going on, and if needed remove it at network level.

well infact i haven't payed the hole lot off i payed £60 via debtcard and am paying the £47 more tomorrow will i be able to use my phone this weekend as am going away

Normally as soon as any outstanding amounts have been paid off, any bars are removed.

ah cool and thanks for the info i'll get it payed tomorrow does it matter about it being payed by debit card does this slow down the removal of the bar since the money isn't taken straight off

No it's just as quick. When we put a card payment through it gets authorised by the bank (basically the bank say whether the money is in there or not) straight away.
