Anybody got shift pattern templates?

Hi all,

As above.

I'm looking for a template (can't seem to find one online) that can show you shift work patterns (i work 4 on 4 off, days and nights).

I'd prefer for it to be A4 sized, printable and i would like to be able to see the whole 12 months for the year on the same page!

If anyone works shifts and knows where i can get a template/calculator that would be great!

i Just download a callander template for Open office calc and type the times in. But i don't have set shifts liek you.

All 12 months on the same page and printable. you would need a pair of binoculars..

I seem to recall seeing a website that had sample work schedules but I'd have to search for it.

How many people are in the rotation? What kind of hours do you need to cover?

We're currently pulling a 24x7 coverage with 6 people; 2 people during days and one at nights. We do 12 hour shifts, alternating 3 and 4 day weeks.

12 hours days (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am), there are 4 shifts total, working 7 days per week, so basically i'm looking for something like this...

Maybe this will help.

It's a five man rota but you could change the patterns etc. The highlighted day is the current day.

Key

1 = Day
2 = Night
3 = Day off
