Anybody not anything about HTC LCD compatability. please help

A friend of mine has a htc legend with a faulty cmaera (its fuzzy) he dropped it and said sometimes the buttons work and sometimes they dont.

The LCD is fine and we were thiking about buying another HTC but with a cracked screen and just swapping the LCD over. Does anybody know if the LEGEND LCD will fit another HTC (e.g the desire or desire hd) or will it jsut go into another legend

With nokia phones and few models have the same lcd

This won't work. The Desire display is 3.7 inches, the Legend's 3.2 inches.
