to be an incomplete protein and what it is supposed to be lacking in: for example, which particular aminos if any? Thanks :)

Edit: I have seen the above mentioned around a few places but am as yet unable to verify it.

I thought that direct consumption of cholesterol isnt supposed to be a problem for your health. Its cholesterol generated from consumption of saturated fats within your body that is supposed to be the problem.

You are correct. I jumped the gun slightly upon reading the word (cholesterol). In retrospect I did realise that it is probably good cholesterol being fish oil etc (unless I am wrong about this). :)
