Hi,

Recently ordered my girlfriend a SE F305 because it was available for what I considered a reasonable price.

The phone was available for £39.95 if bought with £10 top up (Therefore total was £49.95).

After purchase I got the following invoice:

Product Deal 1 Monthly Cost Price
Sony Ericsson F305 White Clearance

Sony Ericsson F305 White Clearance
- £39.95
Virgin network Virgin Mobile Addict

£0.00
-
more info

£10.00 Airtime Top-Up
- £10.00

Total cost of your order - £49.95

(Sorry for loss of formatting!).

Anyway, the item arrived today... The box was a little bashed but everything inside seems fine. All that was in the CityLink delivery bag was a "Welcome to e2save" pack, a "Sales Invoice" and a "Your Offer Explained" leaflet, in addition to the phone and a SIM pack.

Nowhere in the bag was a £10 top up.

Of course I will phone first thing to ask tomorrow, but was just wondering if anybody knows if I should expect this item seperately? Etc.

I am curious because it was purchased with the idea that the £10 top up would be put on my girlfriends rolling 1 month Virgin contract to be used as credit (As I have done in the past).

Thinking it may have been added in the SIM pack I opened the seal on that (As I don't intend to use that SIM pack at all) but there is nothing in there refering to a £10 top up.

Can anybody suggest where I may find it? Otherwise, any advice what I should do?

Thanks.

Hi there!

I've used e2save twice, for two different contracts and one PAYG, never had any problems with them at all. Quite helpful on the phone as well, most of the time.

Sorry I can't be of much advice, but the best thing would be to ring them and ask them, I'm not sure you can use the credit you got with another number.

When I ordered a 6300 for a family member on PAYG I was just sent a sim pack with the phone(vodaphone), I assumed that had the credit on it(although i never opened it).

Pretty much same as gam3r says got my mum a samsung j700 a few weeks ago,no problems and fast delivery. The simcard was in a seperate envelope (02) havent used it yet as mum already had a 02 sim but as gam3r says i presume its got £10 credit on it once activated.

The credit will be only put onto the SIM card it came with. You may have to pester them to put it on.

You'll have to ask Virgin to transfer the credit.
