Anybody with a USB port in the car??????

Nice, I recommend these too, did the same thing with one when they were on the front page the other week, amazing how flush they fit with the front of my stereo for such a high capacity stick (originally bought one as I was using an old 8GB Kingston one that I kept knocking with my knee and was worried it would take out the USB port). Doubt im ever going to burn a mix CD again as the sticks are so much easier to use. Im assuming its the same on all stereos but on my Sony the front controls and the one on the control stork treat the drive/folders/files as changer/discs/tracks :)

pioneer is scruffy. alpine is the best. my alpine has usb at the rear unlike this SKN apparatus that you have installed in your subaru.

So why did you buy the Pioneer unit for your girlfriend? Moot point then, so kiss my ****.

Also learn to use shift key when you start a new sentence.

Right. Saw Lee get one of these and I have got one myself. I went for the 32GB as for £18.98 it is worth having!

Some pictures here, I cannot believe how small it is, and how nice it looks:

So basically, if you do not have one, then you need to get one in your life! :)

I've got Verbatim's 16GB version of one of these for my JVC headunit. Looking at the dimensions, it's a bit shorter (so it sits a bit more flush with my headunit) but the plastic bit is larger so it's not as thin.

They're great, as above the write speeds aren't anything special but performance wasn't really a concern anyway. Only annoying thing is that it's rather easy to lose inside your car if you drop it, especially when it's dark...

I am not posting this to gain sales etc, but to inform anyone who uses USB pens that these are great, I despise big USB pens sticking out the front of head units.

Then why did you stick it in the news/Offer section that is there to promote stuff for sale in the shop?

My Pioneer HU has a USB port at the back and when I installed it I fed a cable down into the glovebox to hide the USB stick in. It's definitely a better way to do it but manufacturers seem to prefer front USB ports more often than not, I assume for easy access and it's also more obvious on the display units in Halfords.

I bought the sandisk equivelant mini usb stick for my car head unit a while back - can hardly tell it's in there. Holds tons of mp3 albums so hardly any need to remove it either as I have my favourite albums on there.

Also faceplate not fits in its storage case without having to take the usb stick out first. :)
