Anyone able to log in to hotmail?

downorjustme says it is up, but I can't login from my wifi, orange 3g or vodafone 3g, doesn't load the page at all.

Tried Chrome, IE, Dolphin HD, Dolphin Mini, no joy down here in Chichester :/
