I'm awake, in London overnighting with work. Was supposed to fly back to Dublin at 0650 but now thats been cancelled so have another hour in the hotel until the next flight at 0750.

Went to bed at 2.30 and was up at 6.30. I am majorly stressed out right now and my mind won't let me sleep. So I get up but have nothing to do to keep me busy, so my brain is going over and over all my problems, making me feel worse and worse
