Anyone change their own tyres?

Will be doing this today on my Aprilia RSV with a pair of Conti Sport Attack boots 195/55 & 120/70 I got of ebay recently with the 15% code for the bargain price of £124 delivered

If you've got access to tyre warmers then put them on and go and have a cup of tea. Much easier to get off (and new ones on) if they're warm.
