Anyone Eaten Camel?

Im curious to know if anyone has eaten camel here before?

Ive only heard 2 people say they have tryed it.

One person said it has good marbled meat and its really nice if cooked properly and very tender.

But then the other person ive heard say it smells bad and it had a bad taste to it and was too fatty and tough.

So has anyone had Camel on here and what were your thoughts?

Wouldnt mind trying it my self

I've had kangaroo, was very very nice. Tasted like a rich dark beef.

Ye ive had Kangaroo and Croc, also i apparently tried dog in Bangkok, dont know how true this is, but it deffo tasted different.

Which part of the camel would you eat... if you were to eat camel?

I'd imagine different cuts have different tastes and textures, just like any meat. Perhaps your friends had different cuts?
