I've just had a major rant with *largest river in South America*.com
and they still won't accept that something is wrong with Parcel Farce and my delivery.
Told them that I should have expected my delivery last Friday as shown by the tracking details off PF site. Still no deliveries after 3 consecutive days saying it was "out for delivery". Then explained to them that the delivery address is correct and has been correct since the beginning of the order. Told them I had now given PF the name of my company that resides in the building they are looking for and gave them my telephone number so that when they were driving around trying to find the easily findable buidling they could ring me. Still no deliveries. They told me deliveries can be delivered up to 7pm and theres nothing they can do. Then they told me to wait until Monday next week before calling back and taking this matter further.
