For the last few months i must have caught at least 3 viruses and I’m started to get fed up. Guess it's one of the hazards of commuting i.e. being confined in a small place with loads of other people, it’s like germ heaven.

Had a couple of stomach bugs and now something that has drained all my energy and has made me feel like a zombie.

Anyone else ill or been ill very recently?

Yep, feel awful right now. Hot and bothered, sore throat, sniffles, itchy eyes.

Start of hayfever, so it'll go on for months.

Definately. Flying is the worst though.

I havent been too bad personally, just a couple of colds but its been a pretty awful 6 months for people getting ill.

felt like crap earlier. had a really nasty headache that felt like it was going to burst out of my head whenever i moved/thought. all better now, though.

gotta love ibuprofen

Had a virus a week ago - sore throat, cold, blocked nose, temperature - went after three days.

Came back with avengence on Saturday. Since then one minute I feel as though I'm getting better and then the next minute I feel rough again. Left with a rotten cough this time too. So many weird viruses doing the rounds at the mo.

feel a bit rotten today, headache / earache, sniffles and a sorethroat.
Shoulda taken a sick day, but hey ho...

I feel like crap each morning, dehyrdated, headache, blurred vision.

Have you tried the local honey remedy? Apparently it works for some people....

I get my hayfever in june/july, so I was gonna start having a spoonful o' local honey in the middle of may to (hopefully) build up some kind of resistance.

I'm thinking that even if it doesn't work, I get to eat some honey! I'm not too sure if it'll work if it isn't pollen you're allergic to. :)

Felt great until about half hour ago when i decided it was a good idea to have a macdonalds...urghhh dont feel to good now! but i work in the middle of nowhere and I forgot my lunch this morning :o
