Anyone else here got Reynaud's? How do you keep your hands warm?

Some good ideas here! I've had it several years, but has got much much worse this winter (losing 40kg since May last year has made me generally a lot colder, as well as reducing my blood pressure).
Some good ideas to look into ta :)

Put your hands down the front of your trousers Al Bundy style?
Sometimes the only way to get my hands back to normal is to bung 'em in hot water for a bit or sit with them tucked under m armpits for half an hour lol

My partner has it and I got her usb rechargeable handwarmer for Christmas, she loves the thing and it honestly makes such a difference. She's a teacher so she gets cold at work with the windows open etc

I got her usb rechargeable handwarmer for Christmas ...
wasn't aware of them that would be good going out ... for keyboard work, personally it's more the back of the hands that need to be warmed,
even if the heat from holding a cup of coffee in the hand gets conducted through.

I had it for a while, it was weird....only thing that helped was exercise tbh

Mine may have been different though

I suffer from it and it really does suck at this time of year, though I occasionally get bouts of it in the summer months too.

I'm always cold from head to toe, no one believes how cold I make out I am until they touch my hands and are shocked, hand shakes with new people are always met with the same response.

Like mentioned I find keeping my core warm helps massively, wearing gloves if my body feels cold does nothing.
I often get white fingers which can persist for hours if I'm in a cold environment, it can get very painful if left for a long time and my hands are constantly dry and cracked. Even coming into the warm can take ages for them to warm up and the only real way to improve things quickly is to place them in lukewarm water, never hot, I've made that mistake only once.

If it's a particularly cold time I'll take a low dose Aspirin which helps take the edge off, good diet and exercise will help too.

Not Reynauds, but since I had my stroke I've had cold hands. Found that using fingerless compression gloves has helped a lot. I've got several pairs and the ones I use most are the ones with some grippy dots on the inside. means I'm less likely to drop things. :D

re-opening since winter re-booted

picked up some of these, jury's out
reeasonably dextrous for slow speed typing/eating, made of nylon so maybe not as warm as wool might be ,
circa £2/pair

I don't do anything, almost never wear gloves. I like to constantly complain to my wife about how cold my fingers and toes are, keeps me going through the winter.

Anyone else hands just fall apart in the winter? Mine are a cracked mess. Creme helps but normally I leave it too late, I'm such a child lol.

Yup.
The only thing that works for me is “O’Keeffes working hands” cream, if I remember to apply it, which I usually dont.

Yeah I use that sometimes. I like it because it doesn't feel too nasty on my hands in the day. My usual plan is to wait until I'm really tired then slap tons and tons of heavy cream like some body shop hemp stuff I have, then if I can do that for 3 nights it gets rid of the bleedy mess and they are 90% normal again.

Glad it’s not just me that has found this, my wife has all sorts of fancy moisturiser and I’ve tried E45 etc but this stuff is the business. Best of all is you can buy it in Wickes for extra man points!

Usually works best when covering my hands in the stuff, then putting on latex gloves then going to sleep with them on.
