I can't decide who the lesser evil is so I'm not going to vote.

All the parties have something to hide, and I hate the school ground politics that goes on, one party ripping the other to shreds, it's just all carp.

Whoever gets in, the country is still going to be up the spout so what's it matter :(

As long as you don't start complaining a few months down the line that the current government is **** :p

I personally feel everyone should at least turn out, there should be an option to abstain from voting though.

I voted lib dem, cause they not going to win. Skipped the local vote tho, local council does nothing for me no matter who's in charge.

No I'm not as I don't think I can, I live 70 miles away from my registered constituency so I don't think I can.

...unless someone wants to tell me otherwise?

Tbh, even if I did vote and the party I voted for got in with a clear majority (no hung parliament) I'd probably still be complaining a few months from now :D

Instead of voting I'll be attacking some ivy with a chainsaw!!!

Problem with that attitude is you don't really have any right to complain about whoever it is gets into government.

I'm not voting, unfortunately. There was a ****-up with the post on camp, and ended up loosing some mail. By the time I found out, I didn't have a chance to get my voting proxy sorted out, so never mind.

Bit gutted really.

People fought and died to give you the right to take part in a democracy and you can't be bothered?

I did vote, but this argument is rubbish. People fought and died to take part in a democracy of choice, and if that choice is not to vote, for whatever reason, that is a choice.

I can't understand the mentality of those not voting. Do you not care? Do it make you feel anarchic?

If there was a party worth voting for, I would.

My friend voted lib dem on the reason they oppose the debill

I'm quite interested as to the reasons why people don't vote... as I don't understand why you wouldn't...

I don't entirely agree with any of the main parties policies. I think all the main party politicians are a bunch of money greedy children. I am therefore exercising my democratic right of not voting. (Unless Jeremy Clarkson and Jeremy Kyle start a new party, I'd vote for that partnership!)
