Re read what I have said please as this is now an uncomfortable debate where I had actually asked for more info on the game and it's respective modes.

I was simply presenting how I had percieved the marketing of this game to be from the interviews and information I had seen from both Sony themselves and certain fanboys hailing it as the ps3's halo killer (a game im not particularly taken by anyway).
I dont even blame the fanboys for wrapping this game in mega hype after all it did start life as a premeire title at last years E3 before the changes.

We can ding dong like this all day if you like or you could present me with some positive info on the game like I had asked for and like I was seeing from others already before you kicked this off again.

I did reread your posts and the first 2 where just in to cause bother tbh. I quoted your entire second post and asked for clarification, as your first was just flame bait.

I do love how anyone who stands up to someone bashing the PS3 on here is a fanboy, yet the person doing the bashing is just a 'concerned gamer'

As for me 'kicking off again' All i wanted was some clarification on a statement that YOU made, which just seemed like an excuse to come in and bash and try cause bother.

I have not seen 1 person claim this game is anywhere near being a Halo killer. I have read reviews which say the Warhawk beta is more fun than the Halo 3 beta, but that is understandable as the warhawk beta is pretty much the full game, halo 3 is 3 maps.

Im sorry but I never cast accusations at you being a fanboy, I was referring to fanboys across other boards that I frequent I appologise if you felt this was directly aimed at you it was never my intention at all. I do infact venture outside of this insular community but often find that here is the best place for proper information, and so I asked for it as my opinion is open to change.

My opening comments were only meant in jest and were mostly alowed to slide, hopefully now JUMPURS we can do the same?

What besides the marketing bullet points of modes/number of guns/vehicles do people like about the game?
For example how are people finding the balance of infantry vs the Warhawks?
And how are those handling?
Also cant you customise them with paint jobs or something?

To be honest you wont find out much info from the 'legit' beta testers as they will get into a lot of bother due to breach of the NDA, as unfortunatly it isn't a public beta

You can customize you character, but i don't know about the warhawk, i wouldn't expect the same options that FM2 has for customizing tbh. I think the warhawks will just be random spawn vehicles, so it would be hard/impossible to customize.

They are releasing an interesting feature apparently so you can leave your PS3 running as a dedicated server. That way you wont need to play the games, but other folk could use your PS3 as a dedicated server. For example if a clan leader/member has a big pipe, they can leave their PS3 running for the clan to use, even if they are not their.

Must be a nightmare this NDA thing !! Seems strange that game sites can say how good/bad closed betas are but you guys testing cant say to a mate oh i like Warhawk its good. Its a bit silly that you'll probably tell only 10 people and thousands may read an article about how it is. May try the PS3proxy me self soon and have ago myself
