Anyone else pulling an all nighter like me?

I am pulling an all nighter. Over the weekend my sleeping pattern got even worse than usual. I was going to bed at 7/8am and sleeping until 4pm.

So...I've decided to pull an all nighter to help reset my sleeping pattern. I've got programming and mathematics later. That'll be extra fun without having had any sleep for over 24 hours!

Sitting in the corridor of my Halls much to the amusement of a few people getting water and seeing i have spread myself out in the corridor with masses of paper and highlighters.

I need to read through a 19 page chapter about health, disease and medicine. It's quite boring..and then write an essay about it all. \o/

Taking a quick break..it's in for wednesday. Oh and another essay is due for wednesday which i need to start...um and another essay for friday. :o

Going to bed after you have been up all night before is just...literally the best thing ever.

Last time I did an all nighter and went to bed at about 9pm, as I climbed into my bed I was so happy you wouldn't believe it. Couldn't stop smiling :D I even burst into laughter for a few minutes. That's how happy I was at finally getting into bed :p

Keep going !!
I've decided not to have a shower for my lecture..trying to decide whether that's a bad thing or not. :o

Your choice but I wouldn't want to sit for a couple of hours in a lecture if I knew I smelt bad :D

Well I'm just off to bed but thats because I don't usually fin work till around 5AM then get home bit of internet, anime and 360 and before I know it its 8 in the morning lol :)

Yep - last night was an all-nighter for me as well. Just about to set off for work now - going to be a caffeine heavy day, I think. I got done what I needed to though, so it's all good.

I'm really not. :/

It's just that in my experience (of having lived with 15+ students) they generally act like inconsiderate children, and complain when things are not handed to them on a plate. Yes, I know it's generalising, but I can only speak from my own experience...

I know that not most students are like that, but I do agree - I work on the helpdesk in the IT dept. at my uni, a good 70%+ students need everything put in there hands or done for them before they even vaguely attempt anything.

I almost gave in just about 30 mins ago. I felt really cold and I was lying on my bed almost falling asleep.

I'm going to try to go to bed at about 3pm. That'll give me a nice 15 hours sleep or so, getting up at 6am :p

Done that several times now, i'm just incapable of getting work done unless it's the night before. Either need a panic attack or high levels of pressure to get any quality work out. If I try an essay a few days before it'll be worse quality than if I stay up all night drunk churning one out!

I'm exactly the same, can't work unless theres loads of pressure on me to get it done. I can't understand how people can work finished weeks before it's due in - the motivation just isn't there for me.

I am exactly the same, and it sucks really bad, becuase I know I could be an A student if I done the work a few days before, rather than pulling all-nighters and getting c's...

Here goes ALL NIGHTER NUMBER 1 OF THIS TERM! First assignment is due in tomorrow, I've got 1,900 words left to write on the 'Selective Adaptation of the human pelvic girdle' - wish me luck! It's due in at 12.30pm so I shouldn't need to panic too much.
