Anyone else pulling an all nighter like me?

Here goes ALL NIGHTER NUMBER 1 OF THIS TERM! First assignment is due in tomorrow, I've got 1,900 words left to write on the 'Selective Adaptation of the human pelvic girdle' - wish me luck! It's due in at 12.30pm so I shouldn't need to panic too much.

Good Luck and godspeed!

;)

i`ve had so many all nighters

I've had a few aswell, i've realised that after you hand it in the stress goes and as its sunlight or due to the joys of handing it in you dont feel so tired for a while after.

I remember renting area 51 from blockbuster for the psx many moons ago, awesome game, made me wish I had a gcon though.

I also pulled all nighters at uni - maybe there's a connection!?!!

chickens, last year i polished off 3 assignements in 1 night at uni.
It was legendary, i couldnt be bothered to finish one off so i killed all my cast off mid project(it was an animation), its still laughed about now, even by the module tutors, because i did manage to pass, hah.

Ok, I went to bed about 3pm yesterday, and I have only just woken up :D

Also I was reading that thread about dreaming/lucid dreaming earlier and trying out some of the methods. Well I had a lucid dream! Only lasted about 10 seconds though because I woke up from it for some reason.

Thursday night i pulled one till 9 the next morning, had a few hours kip, then handed it in. I knew full well the program didn't function properly, just couldn't function after so long with no sleep.

Totally messed up my sleeping pattern, especially with the heavy weekend and up until 7am watching and drinking after the Hattin fight. That's the only reason I'm up now, I'm just pretty fortunate one of my house mates is in the same pattern as me, least I've got someone to chat to.

Years of working nights has rendered my body clock useless. My sleeping pattern is perculer to say the least.

I sleep in block of 4 hours no matter what. As long as i get 4 hours sleep for every 20 hours awake im able to function normally. I can go on like this for about 6 days and even save the sleeping hours up! An all nighter is nothing if im awake for 40 hours as long as i get 8 hours sleep afterwards im grand.

Not looking forward to new year however as i will probably pull a 60+ hour stint in work and then sleep for a day :(

Going to bed after you have been up all night before is just...literally the best thing ever.

Last time I did an all nighter and went to bed at about 9pm, as I climbed into my bed I was so happy you wouldn't believe it. Couldn't stop smiling :D I even burst into laughter for a few minutes. That's how happy I was at finally getting into bed :p

You were right, finally handed mine in yesterday and slept 12 hours straight!! Have just woken up!! Best thing ever!

That can't be too healthy. :/

Me and my ex-housemate used to pull the odd all-nighters (he'd generally go the full night whilst I'd just fail and sleep come 7am). Sometimes used to enter massive multi-table poker tournies at 2am and they'd go on for aaaages. :D Good times.

I've got another assignment due for tomorrow, may not be an all nighter though. 1,500 words, got it all ready to type out. Will take me about 2 hours at the most to do.
I'm gnna sleep now and do it in the morning at about 8am. Sorry but tonight I'm not going to be as hardcore as last night.

Have second draft of coursework which was meant to be in today, but I forgot so I'm doing it now. I also have 7 pieces of computing homework and now my teacher is getting annoyed so I'm going to do them. I'll be in bed by half midnight :)

I'm pulling an all nighter. I've got my second programming assessment and I'm very far behind. About 38 hours in and I'm only on task 1 of 3. It's got to be done by Friday with a write up as well.
All fun, haha.

Homework? Ahhh... I wish I was back at school / college...

Hmm no I don't, uni is more fun when you're not doing assignments!

Good luck with it either way..
