Anyone elses garry's mod not working?

anyone else having this problem?
when i go to launch garrys mod v9 i get this message

This game is currently unavailable
Please try again at another time

Anything i can try to get it working again? Its the same error when in offline mode too :confused:

Try logging off steam then back in again.

tryed that, just the same
ive also tryed reinstaling gmod

maybe ill try an older version, like version 8. see if that works

I have garys mode 9 and its starting up fine.

Try to reinstall it

I have gmod working also but say I go to construction mode and I go over to the pond (water) I look at the water then seconds after I get loads of green lines every where and its not nice at all

there are loads of red errors in the console

In task manager see if hl2.exe is running
if so kill it!

just been talking to yhack about it on msn, tryed everything he said and still wont work.

so i double left-click on it, and it loads?!

i have been right clicking > lauch game

Ive got the same problem. Ive tried everything except reinstall so far. Just got to get the urge.

lol. It appears right clicking->launch does that.

I've always double clicked on games so when I tried it earlier after reading this post it worked fine. Just now tried right clicking and choosing launch and it gives that error.
