Anyone elses Western Digital Cavier SE SATAII drive noisy?

Recently got a Western Digital Cavier SE SATA-II. Recommended by my brother and its been nothing but noisy since I've had it. Everytime I load something you can hear it working away its proper annoying, anyone else find theirs to be noisy?

mine seems pretty quiet i can hear a faint noise sometimes but i also have 2 raptor drives and think its them making it

Not happy with it really, but I guess I can live with it. I won't be getting one of these again though. I had always gone with Seagate but my bro convinced me to move to WD. Back to Seagate next time!

Ive got these setup in raid striped and theyre quiet as a mouse.

It's possibly not the drive that's noisy. It may be the mounting in the case is causing the whole thing to resonate, I had the same problem when I built my current rig. 6 feet of bungee cord later and 10 silent HDDs

Good suggestion, seems odd that others are finding them quiet as. I will reseat the hard disk when I install some case fans later in the week!
