The only way I can find to get in contact with them is via their zendesk portal.

However every ticket I submit instantly gets closed as solved.

Not sure if its always been this way as this is the first time I've tried to contact them but its been a lot longer than 12hours they suggest as turnaround.

Any ideas or alternate forms of contact?

I used them once and the experience was so bad I swore never to use them again. Thankfully I only lost ~£2.50 as it was just a single UV key but they were dishonest from the start and trying to deal with them was so frustrating I just gave up. If you paid via PayPal I would open up a dispute as that may get you noticed by them but depending on the exact nature of the issue I wouldn't bank on a successful outcome.

I must admit I've never had problems using them , send them a tweet or use there facebook page , They are a British company . I've never had any issues using them but tend too use cdkeys.com these days as its cheaper.

Ok....I have used them in the past and generally its all great until you get to the point of needing help. With this they are slow and rude.

If you paid by paypal you will have an advantage, if you threaten them with a refund via paypal they will respond VERY quickly.

My last purchase required their help. I threatened a paypal refund on my first point of contact and told them if it was not fixed in an hour I will issue it......45 minutes later.....problem solved.

I bought a WOW MoP key off them and it was used so they eventually replaced it but in order to play I had to buy a new one and sold that one once I got it. Think it took like 2 months for them to eventually give me a replacement and they wouldn't refund it (understandably). Wouldn't necessarily never buy from them but it would have to be a very good offer for me to.

I did purchase Sim City from them back in the day, and it was a balls up of epic proportions.

Aside from the pricing issue, they sold on pre-order a number of keys at a certain 'low' price. Demand outstripped supply and those customers that had pre-ordered at that price (and obviously paid)were told to wait.

While this was going on they still had the game on sale on their site at an increased price. Same version as the pre-order that had allegedly ran out as well (Limited edition).

Pre-order customers were told to wait while they took on new customers and supplied with relative ease. a lot of people (myself included) questioned WHY could they not give us the keys (same keys BTW!) as the one they were selling and prioritize us over new customers. The answer we got back was ridiculous to say the least. We were told we could only get the keys now if we paid the difference between our pre-order price and the price they were selling for now.

Unbelievable but true......

Another issue I had related to a key I tried to redeem on Steam but had already been used. When I raised a ticket CD CJS told ME to get in contact with Valve and perhaps the game distributor because the keys they had supplied were 'all legit!'. My issue according to them wasn't with them!

I told them my contract was with them and not Valve or the distributor and I should not have to chase this. Paypal refund threatened later and I got a key.

THIS was the last time I used them. The guys are cowboys to say the least. They seem to spend most of their time doing damage limitation on Trustpilot (getting reviews pulled etc)rather than dealing with the main issue at hand.
