Been down since at least before 6 for me.

I've realised how reliant on Whatsapp I am. Using texts seems ancient.

I liked the fact that WhatsApp said they would start charging you like 60 pence a year after 12 months of free usage, mine was up for payment in Decemeber, the time come and I got a message saying I have another free year...

Mine has been dead since about 6, I too would have thought they'd be able to handle the load a lot better, especially since they've became so large and are charging people for the service now too. All be it 69p or whatever it is, the amount using it I bet it gives a small fortune. If I was paying, I wouldn't expect it to go down especially so early on in the day.

they always say it's free for 12 months, I've been using it for 3 years and never paid...

I've been using it longer than that and have never paid.
