Anyone fancy cleaning this for me?

If you plan on using it again then go outside with it, get your niceday air duster can, spray liberally, put back to gether and put back in place.

Then, close office down, spend another couple of days cleaning all the other machines there also, as you now know that some/all of them could be in a state to cause a health/fire hazard.

If it's a compaq, the PSU will be non-standard. I happen to have a compaq PSU here that I use to hook stuff up, and I have to short a coupld of pins on the ATX-style connector. But it's not the normal pins as defined in the ATX spec.
 
Is the teal coloured PC on the right a Packard Bell? My dad's got one of those. It's still dusty but not as bad as this. :D
