I used to play email chess with a guy in the Dublin office of my previous employer. He quit the job and left me hanging after a 6 week game! Couple of moves a week is my pace

Same, I stopped around 10/11 years old.

I was apart of a Chess team at my local school and entered some tournament

I've recently started playing on Redhotchess.com, but I'll certainly look in to this site that the OP mentioned. I used to play a lot at school and when I was much younger, and am keen to slowly emerse myself once again now.

I've heard about email chess! If two of you are sending the moves remotely by email, do both of you set up your own chess board at home and move accordingly? Then keep the chess set as it is until they email you the next move?

Lol I won't besides I always start off with a disadvantage due to my love for the more stupid of openings eg my obsession with the Polish.
