ANyone getting problems with modems keep bricking.....

still nothing and on that cable forums ive just come across jumped up virgin media staff who jump the gun and make wild assumptions!

EDIT just got a text stating virgin media are coming tonight to restore my services.!!>>??
 
senior engineer visit who still cant solve it after 2 hours, he finally got through to some one on the phone who new of the problem at ibm who told them there is over 300 people down in this postcode alone.
 
sorry yes i was speechless. not exactly a1 but its working, slower speeds and dropouts but its working"!
 
Judging by when you started the thread and estimating how long you've had the issues in total, I hope you get reimbursed/compensated for the 6+ weeks of issues. Keep us informed :)
