Loads of stuff seems to behave erratically on 64 bit I have noticed - even Microsoft Word !! Google Earth is always crashing and my Adobe CS3 suite will not play ball either.

I am backing all my stuff up and going back to 32 Bit. Will my games like Bioshock be ok to reinstall?

Cheers, Steve

Good question, not sure where to start. What are those 3 apps doing? just crashing? Does the event log show anything, also check the report problems and solutions to see if that says anything helpful.

Edit: also have you got all the latest drivers for everything

I've got two of those three and they work like a dream.

Vista x64 has been fine for me, what version of Office are you using? how much memory do you have? Are all your system drivers the most up to date ones?

I gave up to the extent of going back to 32bit XP. I cant even get to my Vista install.... and Im not particularly bothered either.
