Anyone got a silicone protector for ds lite?

just want something to protect from bumps and scratches but not hinder game play? any ideas
 
i thought i needed one at first but you really dont, its closed (clamshell) when not in use and i cant really think of how you can damage it while playing, unless someone throws a brick at it or something

i mean i got a protector for my phone but that goes into my pocket along with other stuff which might scratch it but its not a problem with the ds. perhaps you can get a some sort of carry case if your worried about the exterior but im not sure which ones are best
 
The screens will never scratch if you wipe them once a week with a glasses cloth. I had the hori protectors (universally proclaimed to be the best) and they were apalling. Huge loss of sensitivity and a very blurry image. No need whatsoever, save yourself the few quid.

Agreed I took mine straight off again. I'm not that fussed about it getting damaged, if in 18 months I need a knew one, so be it they are a bargain anyway and have opened my eyes to nintendo's genius where before ive never considered one.

It was a god send on holiday. Blokes kept coming over to see what i was doing. I couldve rented it out.
 
my g/f bought like a pack from < a competitor ? > includes a screen protector a few pens but also some sort of white 'sock' for it.

Slips in very snuggly and guess it does prevent most gentle bumps, about £10 i believe.
 
Game aren't a competitor ;)

I just picked up the same thing with my (white) lite.

Wondering whether to bother... :confused:
