Hi everyone !, Has anyone ever had trouble with bfg and there rma procedure
? i had 2 graphics cards gts 8600s for sli on striker extreme board and one went faulty . They returned a gt 9600 to me as a replacement which ok is an upgrade but now i have 1 useless gts 8600. I arranged for the other gts 8600 to be returned for another gt 9600 and they sent me yet another different card another upgrade the 9800 gtx+ 1024. which again is nice but not compatable with my other card and it turned out that this card is faulty..... This so far has taken 12 months to get this far and im fed with them and i think that there rma procedure is useless, does anyone have any advice on how i may be able to sort this out as i initially laid out £500 for these cards.
thanks ross ....

Ask to return the 9600GT for another 9800GTX+ or GTS250 as you can SLI either of those with another 9800GTX+

Or keep what you have and use the 9600 for physx

The 9800GTX+ they sent him is faulty, so not a very good upgrade.

And on going for 12 months.

You'd think they could swap both cards for some 250's with all the trouble you've been having.

And yes lots of us have had issues with BFG and there RMA Process. :(

Your best bet is to phone this number (01443816100) and ask for Phil from BFG. He's a really helpful guy.

And I'm sure he can get it all sorted out for you.
