Like I said, not everwhere. It must depend entirely on where you are. They almost definitely don't use Yodel drivers in my area and my experiences with Yodel vs. Collect+ have been incredibly different.

Used them to return things a few times and haven't had any problems. They're just slow compared to the more expensive options.

Not had a single issue with Collect+, always very reliable. Conversely I have never had an order which was supposed to be delivered by Yodel actually arrive, and that is about 5 times. One time it was a laptop.

So they clearly don't use Yodel drivers everywhere.

The Collect+ packages tend to come in a car, Yodel deliveries would surely come in a Yodel van, assuming they ever reach their destination.

Yodel use a mixture of vans and owner drivers who usually range cars.
